Alla guida della squadra viene confermato Massimiliano Allegri, artefice del trionfo dell'anno precedente. Sul mercato, la società interviene per rafforzare ulteriormente la rosa: arrivano il centrocampista scozzese Scott McTominay, l’instancabile Manu Koné e l’esterno offensivo Ademola Lookman, tutti destinati a diventare punti fermi nel corso della stagione.

La nuova annata si apre nel segno del primo trofeo: nella Supercoppa italiana, la Real Ravagnese supera in semifinale il Pellaro ai calci di rigore dopo un emozionante 3-3 nei tempi regolamentari, e si impone in finale per 4-3 contro il Barça CM, conquistando così la sua prima Supercoppa italiana della sua storia.

Il cammino in campionato, però, non replica quello della stagione precedente. Dopo un avvio positivo, la squadra fatica a trovare continuità e si assesta a metà classifica. Nonostante i 54 gol segnati — un bottino offensivo tutt’altro che modesto — la Real Ravagnese chiude la Serie A al nono posto, fuori dalla zona europea e ben distante dalle posizioni di vertice.

In Coppa Italia, la formazione neroarancio mostra un volto migliore: dopo un percorso solido, raggiunge la finale dove affronta la Jijo Team, cedendo per 2-1 al termine di una partita combattuta. Anche in Coppa di lega il cammino è profondo: la squadra arriva in semifinale, venendo però eliminata dalla San Giovannese — futura vincitrice del trofeo — ai calci di rigore (9-8) dopo un altro spettacolare 3-3 nei tempi regolamentari.

Il cammino nella Champions League — nella nuova formula a girone unico — si chiude con l’11° posto nella fase campionato, sufficiente per accedere agli spareggi per gli ottavi. Qui, però, la corsa europea viene interrotta dal Benfica, che elimina la Real Ravagnese con un punteggio complessivo di 7-4, evidenziando ancora qualche fragilità nella fase difensiva.

A livello individuale, spiccano le prestazioni di Scott McTominay, vero trascinatore della squadra: con 40 presenze, 16 gol e una media voto di 6,89, lo scozzese si conferma come uno dei migliori centrocampisti del torneo. Al suo fianco, brillano Ademola Lookman (37 presenze, 12 reti, media 6,54), Marcus Thuram (39 presenze, 12 gol, media 6,32) e Manu Koné, sempre presente in mezzo al campo con 38 apparizioni, 5 reti e una media di 6,38.

Pur non replicando il trionfo della stagione precedente, la stagione 2024/2025 della Real Ravagnese resta comunque ricca di spunti: la conquista della Supercoppa italiana, il percorso fino alla finale di Coppa Italia e il raggiungimento degli spareggi di Champions testimoniano la competitività della rosa e pongono le basi per un immediato riscatto nella stagione successiva.

Divise e sponsor

La maglia home della Real Ravagnese per la stagione 2024/2025 celebra il trionfo della scorsa annata con un design regale e deciso. Il modello riprende la tradizione a strisce verticali larghe in nero e arancione bruciato, un accostamento cromatico potente e immediatamente riconoscibile, che racconta la storia e la forza del club. Sul petto, in posizione centrale, campeggia lo scudetto tricolore, simbolo del titolo conquistato, affiancato a sinistra dal logo dello sponsor tecnico Le Coq Sportif e a destra dallo stemma della squadra. A dominare il centro della maglia è lo sponsor INEOS, serigrafato in oro lucido, a sottolineare l’eleganza e il prestigio che questa divisa intende trasmettere. Il colletto a girocollo nero e le maniche bordate in nero e arancione completano la maglia con equilibrio e pulizia. Più che una semplice maglia, un simbolo del dominio raggiunto: la Real Ravagnese si presenta al via della nuova stagione con una divisa che sa di conferma, orgoglio e ambizione.

La maglia away è un inno alla raffinatezza e alla consapevolezza della propria grandezza. Interamente bianca, con dettagli e finiture in oro, questa divisa incarna l’eleganza di una squadra che veste il titolo di campione con stile e compostezza. Al centro del petto, in posizione prominente, spicca lo scudetto tricolore, simbolo del successo conquistato, incorniciato a sinistra e a destra dal logo dello sponsor tecnico e dallo stemma del club in oro monocromatico. A dominare la parte frontale è il main sponsor, anch'esso serigrafato in oro lucido, perfettamente in linea con la palette cromatica della maglia. Il colletto stile polo con bottone e i bordi manica dorati aggiungono un tocco di sobrietà e classe. Questa seconda maglia è pensata per le serate europee e le grandi trasferte, quando serve portare in campo la forza del club, ma con la leggerezza e l'eleganza di chi ha già scritto la storia. Il Real Ravagnese veste bianco e oro: la gloria, in versione trasferta.
